Beginners Tai Chi Class

tai chi Originally developed as a martial art in Ancient China, Tai Chi is today practised as a slow, gentle and graceful exercise.  It can improve balance, flexibility, strength and coordination.  Promotes relaxation, helps to reduce stress and anxiety.  Also creates awareness, calmness and overall sense of wellbeing.
